I started calling the company on Nov. 3, 2010regarding the rebate I was promised.My purchase wasJuly 23, 2010 and having filled outall the proper Mail-in Rebate forms on August 11th I felt my Nov. 3rd call had given them more than enough time to have sent me my rebate as promised. From 11/3/2010 to today 1/6/2011 I spoke to several customer service reps. All who were “very helpful”” and “”so sorry”” for my inconviencence. They were all going to see that my problem was resolved.Irene even wentso far as to say the refundwas sent on11/3
