McDonald VW Denver Colorado

Complaint: I came by McDonald VW to see what my options were for turning in my lease that had expired. Multiple times I told the salesman that because of damages to the car, I wanted to know if I should buy the car outright, as to avoid any charges when turning the car in. Each time, the man assured me Dont worry, when you lease a new VW all of the charges are waived. Im good friends with that department, I will take care of everything for you. I also told him that Osborn and Emich were having some great deals and asked if he could match those deals. He proceeded to bash those dealerships, telling me they were unethical in their dealings and I should steer clear of them. I should have listen to the red flag this set off in my mind. I fell for his lies, leased a new VW from him and one month later I receive a bill from VW for $2900 for the damages to the lease I turned in. When I called the salesman, he THEN notified me that he has no authority over this part of the company. Huh? Also, as part of the deal, I purchased window tinting and an extra cost was added to my monthly bill. Now, the tinting on my windows is coming off (after only one year) and I am chasing my tail, calling multiple departments trying to get it fixed. Its a nightmare!!!! I will never, ever, ever go back to McDonald and BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
