Complaint: I purchased a Rolex watch on 7/26/16 and what I received was a poor quality, not-working watch and poor, rude customer service! The salesperson, Ricky, had the band resized for me. Upon wearing it for a few hours the next day, the wristband kept becoming loose and the links kept falling off. I didn’t think much of it, just tried to screw the link back in place. The next few days, the band falls off like 4-5 times every time I wear, as well as the watch dies on me. It stops running for a few hours then runs for a few hours. I made phone text contacts with Ricky (682-222-4729) on 7/30/16. He tells me to bring it back for something new. I came to the store on 8/3/16 and Ricky was not there but another salesperson helped me. The man says whoever resized the band last time did not do it correctly and left out some part! I was already dissatisfied with the product quality and now the store’s mistake. I wanted to return the watch but I was told they have a no return policy, exchange only in 30 days. I understand if it is buyer’s remorse, no return. However, this is a product issue, a seemingly fraud like sale, for an appraised value of $25,000 I received a watch that was of poor quality, dead battery or movement piece. This man said he was going to call to his corporate management to request a refund. On 8/4/16 I was told by the same man yesterday that I could come pick something else out with a $1000 discount, but no refund. I texted Ricky again and asked him if he’d be working today. Ricky says no and tells me to drop off the watch and he will get it “taken care of”” when he returns to work. He tells me “”if you don’t wear it for 48 hours it will stop.”” What kind of $25
