Complaint: On Thursday afternoon March 13 while travelling south on Granda I noticed a sign stating “9.99 a/c check”” since at the time the air conditioner in my car was not working I thought it would be a good idea to get it evaluated and thought maybe a can of freon would do the job. The attendant/manager after ‘CHECKING’ my system informed me that THE PROBLEM was that 3 cans were needed. At the time I only had enough cash for 2 cans and was told I could come back at a later date and add the third can. I agreed. After paying the $64.13. ($25.00 per can

Phone: a clog in my system or my compressor must be damaged. WHAT THE HECK was the 9.99 A/C CHECK for—-when they checked the system they should have advised me about the condition of my A/C and then I could have made an informed decision about the freon-anyway-I recieved NO refund and no sympathy to my problem—they only suggested I maybe add another can of freon the nerve??!!I am filing suit today Duane ORMOND BEACH
