Sent the wrong product
My Complaint: I ordered a MacBook Pro charger from them and they sent me the wrong part. I have tried repeatedly to get someone to answer the phone and no one does. They emailed me telling me to ship the part back to them at their cost and I have shipped it today. If they do not ship me the correct part and credit me for the cost of shipping, I will follow up with my credit card company and dispute it.
My Demand: Ship the correct part or refund the money
