Secret Shopper Scam via UPS Overnight Check

My Complaint: Received an email offer to be a secret shopper for an organization, named Donovan Development, LLC., in person of Donovan Damron in Victorville, CA, followed by a check in a UPS overnight letter and an email with directions to go to any pawn shop near me and buy a camera, plus go to a Money Gram location and transfer the balance to another secret shopper in Hyattsville, MD. This whole thing sounds peculiar, but have no proof so far. Phone number is bogus, as well.
