Where do I begin? I went here with a Groupon for botox which I thought was a great deal. The staff upon arrival was very nice. After Dr. Ross came into the room I explained where I had wrinkles-which were under my eyes. He quickly left the room and came back, injecting 10 units under both eyes. He said there may be some mild bruising which I thought was completely fine. 2 days later I was horrified in the mirror when I had huge eye bags under both eyes, so bad my husband was worried how I was going to handle it.
Looking into it further, almost all the info I find from other doctors say DO NOT put it here as it will create lots of issues, including eye bags. To top it off, a few weeks ago my eyes began to burn and itch like crazy. I saw an ophthalmologist who diagnosed me with extreme dry eye due to my eyes not closing or blinking properly. I now have to put in drops every two hours!!! I went in with my concerns and Dr. Ross put some mystery drops in my eyes (didn’t even explain what they were) and sent me on my way. Didn’t ask me to follow up with progress, nothing.
The drops did zero to help. I have left two messages for a call back and nothing. So now I am out $169, have huge eye bags, extreme dry eye and out an eye doctors co pay. Awesome. I completely understand with these procedures one takes on risk, but when something like this happens-to totally ignore a patient like this and not at least return a call to offer to help in some way is inexcusable. Please ladies, if you value your face at all, consider this a public service announcement and do NOT go here.
