CNS Enfant (Cardholder Services Disputes)

I received a letter stating that my debit card was compromised. It was not on the usual bank letterhead, so I called my bank. They checked my account, and said the letter was not from them. When I called the number in the letter a woman answered. When I asked her the name of the company, she said the company name was CNS Enfact. Printed in the upper left corner of the letter is the following:
Cardholder Services Disputes
P.O. Box 2994
Phoenix, AZ 85062. I demand nothing. Stay away
