Collection Arbitration Review

Scott Harris has called me at my cell and my job from a 0000000 number, and then left me a message to call them back at 530-364-5901 file number *****, they only could only verify last four of my ssn and full name, but never could verify the debt or send me documentation of the debt, they say it was a debt from 2006 Bank of America and gave me an old address, and wanted me to give them my debit card number over the phone with no verification.

Yes it is. Based on the user review published on NO-SCAM.com, it is strongly advised to avoid Collection Arbitration Review in any dealing and transaction.
Not really. In spite of the review published here, there has been no response from Collection Arbitration Review. Lack of accountability is a major factor in determining trust.
Because unlike No-Scam.com, other websites get paid to remove negative reviews and replace them with fake positive ones.
Collection Arbitration Review is rated 1 out of 5 based on the reviews submitted by our users and is marked as POOR.
Never trust websites which offer a shady ‘advocacy package’ to businesses. Search for relevant reviews on Ripoff Report and Pissed Consumer to see more unbiased reviews.
