Commerce Direct, Improper Customer Service

They fix their prices to make it seem like they are the most reasonably priced e-commerce company to work with. Once you sign with them, however, you are stuck, and the difference is only slight. Their service is atrocious. They do not know how to give proper customer service at all. You cannot call them. I get a voicemail every time, so the only line of communication is through email. I have received one response in the past two weeks amongst 5 emails that I have sent. I had a problem with their software that was disabling my customer’s ability to purchase from my site. They would not get back to me about fixing the problem. I was losing sales and my customer base. It took us a month to solve the problem. By then we were down in sales by 60%. Terrible company! Do not rely on Commerce Direct.
