Deceptive and Unreliable

My family and I had been customers of Metro PCS for over 10 years when they just started. The only way that you can have them take you seriously is if you complain to the FCC. They provide their unsatisfied, frustrated customers with a free upgrade and some credits to ease the frustration. Fast forward two years after our complaint, we still experienced unreliable service, dropped calls, no signal, no incoming/outgoing texts, etc. There are known for using deceptive business tactics to avoid being fined for scamming many customers. Their corporate office enjoys lying to the FCC and only helping their customers until the case is closed. As paying customers, it is disturbing to tolerate unreliable, poor service and to deal with a carrier who could not care less. Fortunately, we switched to a carrier that values customer loyalty. The fact that there are so many negative reviews online for Metro PCS speaks volumes.

complaint on customer service

called customer service to remove my son’s phone number from my account because the upgrade cost to much and his present phone would not charge anymore. The phone was taken to a PCS store and they were not able to help us. I also attempted to get help about a charge from Amazon on my bank account., which I was told it was supposed to be free. I already had a Amazon dormant account and upon Metro PCS activating Amazon, I started getting a double charge to my bank account. I contacted Amazon and was told that Metro PCS would have to cancel Amazon.
I made several attempts to resolve the issue and was treated very rude and even hung up on by customer service, I asked to speak to a manager and still was hung up on. The first person I spoke to was named Annie or Ana id 502171 and the Second person , who said she was a supervisor was Lisa id40486 also hung up the phone. I still did not get a resolution and really hope you can help.
