Diagnostic Health

The front desk staff refused to give me the cost of care (said my insurance would cover it), it took them 3 hours to do simple xrays (which as it turns out, were the wrong ones) then billed me $60 for it because their charge was twice what they had negotiated with the insurance company.

While I was in the waiting room a woman walked in to complain about them doing the wrong scans and the front desk just slammed the glass door in her face, leading to the woman screaming through the glass as the front desk staff ignored her.
Seriously, how can this place still be in business? Surviving solely on screwing over 1st time patients referred by their doctors?

Yes it is. Based on the user review published on NO-SCAM.com, it is strongly advised to avoid Diagnostic Health in any dealing and transaction.
Not really. In spite of the review published here, there has been no response from Diagnostic Health. Lack of accountability is a major factor in determining trust.
Because unlike No-Scam.com, other websites get paid to remove negative reviews and replace them with fake positive ones.
Diagnostic Health is rated 1 out of 5 based on the reviews submitted by our users and is marked as POOR.
Never trust websites which offer a shady ‘advocacy package’ to businesses. Search for relevant reviews on Ripoff Report and Pissed Consumer to see more unbiased reviews.
