The third time I called back and asked again this time I’m upset The lady on the phone starts yelling at me the kinds of insurance they takeIf you knew all this time why did you put me on hold for 5 min 3 different timesI am 2nd generation Chinese but don’t speak itAnd Ive experienced this type of treatment beforeAll because I don’t speak Chinese
