Refuses to cancel ACH debit after receiving and acknowledging cancellation in writing
My Complaint: Small business credit card processing merchant with Element Payment Services for about 5 years. Contract expired on month to month and requested to cancel contract with ACH debit of monthly service fees. Completed the required form TWICE, they acknowledged receiving it but refuse to stop ACH debits and change name on debits every month to prevent blocking by bank. They do not answer emails now and I had to cancel my checking account of 13 years to stop them. Dishonesty and outright fraud. Do not ever give Element Payment Services an ACH debit of any kind or any kind of automatic withdrawal to pay for their services.
My Demand: Return the two months fees you fraudulently took from me
