Elephant in the Room Review

Elephant in the Room is a subscription based haircut service Their particular business practice is to charge their consumer for the future haircut before they get their haircut. They have a sample service for a low cost for each try. Once you’ve paid for the 1st service they try to sell you their subscription service which is the niciate and by signing a contract stating that you accept those terms. I very specifically did not sign or authorize any payment other than the service that I had already received. Come the 1st of the month when Elephant in the Room massed charges their customers for the next month’s haircut I found that they had stolen my card info and charged me for it when I had specifically denied their service effectively trying to steal $30. I had read Google reviews saying that they had tried similar things with customers who tried to cancel their subscriptions and were charged as well.
