This business advertises on Insta gram. In clicking on the link, it takes you to their site, where they have really cute women’s’ clothing. I ordered 2 tops. They immediately took my money. My bank contacted me to make sure I made this purchase-this should have been a red flag, but I continued. The website looks very legitimate. Two weeks go by and I have not received my purchase, I clicked on the link for tracking. It said “Due to high volume requests, they cannot ship right now”. That should have been my other red flag. I waited a couple of days and decided to contact the company regarding my order and to ask about the status of my order. They do not have a phone number, rather an email address for customer service. I have emailed them 3 separate occasions to cancel my order and to request a refund on this order. Their reply every time is something like, ‘We’ll make your order a priority. Is this ok?’ Or… the ‘normal high price’ will be back soon-please consider-thank you very much’. In each email, the grammar is atrocious. Clearly they are English as a second language. It is obvious they are stalling and do not want to refund my money. My next step is to call my credit card company and to dispute the credit charge. I believe this is a scam business, but I would like some kind of confirmation as such.Thank you.
