Taking money without giving loan

My Complaint: Wanted me to get a money card to pay processing fees, then said I needed more money to show collateral to release funds into my bank account. They called back and said there was a tech error so I needed to get another money card so they could refund all the money to my checking account.

My Demand: Requested money to be returned since I wasn’t getting the loan.
