Juan Preciado-Riestra

Dr. Juan Preciado-Riestra recently got arrested in Waupaca County where he practices and was charged with something referred to as a prescription drug “kickback” scheme. The doctor used to practice in Wautoma but moved to Waupaca later as revealed by the authorities in the Waushara County.
According to the investigative report, Dr. Juan Preciado-Riestra had an overt liking to prescribe Adderall. His patients would sometimes even return the pills to the doctor after getting the prescriptions filled. The sheriff’s officials confirm that at least two patients from the Waushara County are involved in this prescription drug “kickback” scheme.
Dr. Juan Preciado-Riestra who is aged 41 years old was arrested earlier this month at his office as a part of a covert undercover operation. Adderall is a drug that is ordinarily used for the treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and according to the reports, he had no cause to prescribe this drug to any of his patients which obviously did not stop him from doing so.
He has been charged and is being held until further investigations are made but the preliminary reports and investigations all point towards a thought-out scheme.
