Unresponsive doctor and office. I get the feeling they are more concerned with getting health insurance payments than provided patients with test results. I had tests done; it took 3 weeks for them to respond to phone messages left 3 times within 2 weeks. They promised to mail test results Nov. 23 and a month and 1 week later, I haven’t received anything. I would never return to this office.
The ironic thing is, they have a health care referal counselor who provided references to doctors there, prior to the appointment I am reporting about. This was helpful, but the doctor’s and the office staff’s’ responsiveness to me as a patient is medically detrimental and negligent. I am getting a very bad flavor from Georgetown University Hospital Center, which represents this specialist.
