Keyspire Review

I found this review online after doing some research on the company. I read it prior to attending the 3 day workshop. The company offers a full money back guarantee for their workshop so I figured I had nothing to lose. | I attended the three day workshop and found it to be very informative. I was actually quite surprised at how little they talked about the membership and I liked the fact that they didn’t use any hard sales tactics. I was not a novice investor when I found Keyspire and I wondered if they would be able to deliver enough content that would satisfy me. In reality, they over-delivered and I learned some great techniques that I’ve been using to build my portfolio. | I went forward with membership and have easily recouped my membership fees with some of the exclusive offerings that became available to me inside of the membership base. I have also found many great joint venture partners within the Keyspire community who I continue to work with on a regular basis. | I have met many employees (former and current) and they all have had wonderful things to say about Keyspire. To me it sounds like the person who wrote this review above had a less than perfect relationship with some of the management at Keyspire or the whole thing is fabricated. There are a few facts that don’t add up. For one, Keyspire is a Canadian company and they have never been in the US so I’m not sure why this person had to register using Alabama. Second, why would they have to register for anything if they were an employee and a "customer" of the company. Finally, some of the membership numbers that have been thrown out here are inaccurate which makes me believe that the individuals writing these reviews have not actually been to a Keyspire event. This could have very well been written by a competitor who is trying to tarnish the reputation of Keyspire for their own personal gain. | Keyspire is a real estate education organization. With any education it’s about what you do with that knowledge that is the most powerful element. I have applied the knowledge that I’ve learned through Keyspire and it has brought me significant returns. My investment in my education was well worth it and I would do it all over again if I had the chance.

  • This review was probably written by one of their employees to make the company look good cause it’s all a scam. After 11 months of being a member and paying $25,000.00 I was asked to pay another $500,00 to continue to be a member. I was not allowed back onto their dashboard of their website. I never used my sessions with my coach, I used the website only when I had questions which wasn’t often. Then I was asked to pay another amount to have access. They say in their contract that the $25,000.00 dollar MEMBERSHIP IS ONLY GOOD FOR 12 MONTHS. Tell me this isn’t a scam.

  • I agree with the last comment. Keyspire sounds great but is full of pretty useless information. Scott’s a good looking silver tongued devil and his buddy micheal just as smooth. Both really provide nothing you can’t get for free. Buzz terms like “What’s your why”, 4 ways to win and invest were returns are best. What a load of crap. And the COST, boy did we pay, we paid 40K for the elite package then covid hit and got screwed with “Virtual meetings” the elite package was supposed to include plane fare, 3 night hotel stay in Niagara falls probably worth 8000.00$. instead we get a virtual meeting probably worth 8.00$. Be very careful folks there selling a dream. Some of the information may be reasonable and MAYBE worth 1000.00$ but no where near what they charge for it. And as Miron said spend 40K and good for only 12 months – tell me that’s not a scam
