Lateef Hammed Scam

I sold my iPhone through kijiji to this guy; sent the iPhone before getting paid on PayPal…apparently they needed the shipping reference number to deposit the money. Next morning he asked for an increase on my limit for PayPal i.e. he deposit 400$ that I have to repay at Western Union. This is when I contacted PayPal who told me that the e-mail sent to me by PayPal were a scam
