Market Research ECO Outreach Review

I received a postal mail piece a few days ago, and today I filled it out and planned to mail it back to them. However, something told me to research it. I can’t find any information about it in BBB, even though when you go to the web sites on the card it says they are ScamPulse.com Accredited with an A+ rating. I could get a $20 gift card to Amazon for participating within 72 hours. Other than my phone #, I don’t see how it would be able to send me any kind of gift card. I can’t find any information on a regular online search for this company, supposedly in Hixson. I’ve attached a .pdf of the actual mail piece.
