I had placed an order for a jumpsuit on January 31, 2020 with the website Misstook. I had to contact this company February 22, 2020 asking them for the status of my order. Some lady contacts me back stating that my item is out of stock and she offers me store credit. I didn’t want store credit, so I asked for a refund. She then responds with saying she needs to talk to her manager. I haven’t heard back from her in 5 days. I then had to google for a customer service number since the lady stopped responding to my emails. The number also didn’t work. It said that the line was busy. When you look at the reviews, this sort of occurrence happens very frequently. Apparently, the company also lied about being in California. According to other customers, the products resemble products from China.Misstook should be shutdown: their customer service and business practice is unacceptable!
