Charging me the product I have not ordered.


My Complaint: I have received the bottle of NGCB as a “free gift”. I was somewhat suspicious and never broke the safety seal. No invoice or proof of purchase was attached to the product. When my account was charged $90 a month, I sent the bottle back UNOPENED to which I have witnesses who are willing to testify on my behalf.

When the company failed to reimburse my money I called them and was told that the bottle was opened. Either it was an honest mistake or a bare faced lie, the management refuse to conduct an investigation that I requested. Instead, they called me a liar and as a big favor gave a half of the money they stole from my account. Although I accepted the payment, I never was satisfied with their decision and do not consider the case closed


My Demand: Full refund + compensation for emotional distress
