Pacific Central Litigation Review

David called my mother in law saying that my husband owed on an old furniture loan. He threatened to send a Sheriff to his work to arrest him if he didn’t pay his old debts. He called repeatedly and refused to provide any documentation of this debt. He threatened her and scared her into thinking something was going to happen to my husband if he didn’t call and pay that same day.
