PC Experts 24/7 Review

I received a pop up on my computer that said I had a virus. It appeared it came from Microsoft and provided a phone number. I called, I was very suspicious due to the run around I was given. I had no way of researching them since I couldn’t access my computer. Should have followed my instincts. Anyways, they removed it from my computer and I was charged. It’s been over a year and they have been calling me daily. I finally answered the phone today and told them to take me off their caller list. They argued with me for 10 minutes trying to convince me they are legit. They even had me go to BBB website to confirm they had an A+ rating and that is when I saw the other complaints here.
