Never returned my call after charging checking account.
My Complaint: After contacting Verizon company I was transferred to a PC Update Support representative, a gentleman claimed my IP address was hacked and they gained access to my PC to alleviate the problem after charging my checking account in the amount of $300.00. After 3 weeks of it not being fixed(which there was no problem to speak of) after my PC tech. checked it out, I contacted my back and stopped payment. I had called and was transferred to a supervisor and he never called back.
My Demand: A full refund of the $300.00 + $30.00 in stop payment banking fees
