I ordered 1 eyebrow pen for $1.95 shipping and declined 2 free bundles offered for additional shipping fees but was charged 3 shipping fees and 2 makeup bundles were added to my order. I have tried to contact Pearl Makeup by email and phone but the phone number doesn’t work and the email response only explained how ordering bundles works. No refund nor cancellation was honored and I filed a dispute with my bank, which gave me a different phone number to try but it was for Pearl Eve, not associated with Pearl Makeup. This company scams you into ordering additional items and charges you for additional shipping they claim cannot be reimbursed. I saw their advertisement on Instagram and I want to warn everyone not to fall for their too good to be true scam. My debit card was charged $1.95, $11.45, and $9.95. I reported that card stolen as those charges were unauthorized. Please, do not fall for the Pearl Makeup scam!
