Phylia Review

I was shopping on the Phylia.com website and made a purchase of two hair products. The site charged me and sent me a confirmation email (automatic generator-looks like it’s from Shopify). It has been more than 2 weeks and I have not received a shipping confirmation email or a package in the mail. I tried contacting customer service (sent via their website through a message box, tried sending a direct message to their instagram page) and no response. The number that was listed on my credit card bill from them is an old one and is disconnected. This site is fake and they are just receiving orders and not fulfilling them. They may have gone out of business but they need to take down their site or take down their credit card page. I reported this to my credit card company and also canceled my credit card. Their instagram page, there are others complaining of the same problem I had. Please share this to protect others.

Yes it is. Based on the user review published on NO-SCAM.com, it is strongly advised to avoid Phylia Review in any dealing and transaction.
Not really. In spite of the review published here, there has been no response from Phylia Review. Lack of accountability is a major factor in determining trust.
Because unlike No-Scam.com, other websites get paid to remove negative reviews and replace them with fake positive ones.
Phylia Review is rated 1 out of 5 based on the reviews submitted by our users and is marked as POOR.
Never trust websites which offer a shady ‘advocacy package’ to businesses. Search for relevant reviews on Ripoff Report and Pissed Consumer to see more unbiased reviews.
