Posing as USA Auto Care Center, Inc. Review

They spoke in a very thick foreign accent claiming to be from "US Auto Care" wanted my fathers vehicle make and model, date of birth v yet they seemed to have had some information already, they have been calling him every day, they call at night as late as 9:45pm. They would call up to 10 times within 30 minutes. My father is 65years old today I was happy to receive the call today so I can finally block them from calling my father. However I’m very concerned that it will happen again and concerned it’s happening to other elderly people. I would greatly appreciate some more info or ways to protect my father and others from scams. Thank you.
