I bought a planetarium projector with 2 discs for my son for Christmas. It came late and when it arrived the only thing in the package was the 2 discs without the projector. The customer help service admitted that advertised the product wrong but insisted they couldn’t send me the projector because they would lose money. Instead of giving me a full refund they first said I should either buy the projector at a higher price then originally advertised, sell my projector discs, and they could only refund me 20% of my initial purchase. They took my money and never gave me a product that I paid for or offered a full refund when they admitted it was their fault.
