A voicemail was left saying his name was Tyler Hayes from pre-council summons of ‘your jurisdiction’. Says he will be showing up to your work or home in the next 24-48 hours. You must have two forms of "ID" and an appointed Security Member to witness the delivery of the summons at work.He wants to you to call back and press a number to be connected with the associate. When attempting to find the identity of this number, call records returned nothing. The sites that pull this number are hundreds of complaints about it being a scam. And there is a website: www.fsloans.com that has this number listed for student loans in Florida.I chose to call the number, and a stern voice of a man answered grilling me for information as my number showed up in their records as someone they contacted. I did not confirm my identity. I gave them a different name, and this man continued to share confidential information about me and what they were going to do to me. Also, this company indicated they are located in Chicago, Illinois.
