I sent a message to Priceless Poodlesvia their website "contact me" email form. A few hours later (around 11:19 p.m.) I received a reply. They stated that they were a retired couple that bred poodles in the Dallas area and had about 5 toy poodle puppies that were ready to go home to their new owner. I had told them that I was interested in "Cindy" (pictured on their website as available). The owners in question told me that the puppies were being sold for $450 and $550 including shipping. Since we live only 2 hours away from Dallas, I told them that I didn’t need the puppy delivered and that we could pick it up. They replied with only "okay". So I asked if Sunday, the 8th of January 2016 would be a good day. They replied with "okay". I asked what time was good and they replied with "now". I thought this was strange but asked for an address any way to see if they would reply. They replied with the address of 4916 Alcott Street in Dallas. When we arrived, there was no one in the driveway and a for lease sign in the front. We called the realtor listed on the sign and he said the property was vacant and up for lease. No Priceless Poodle owner and no puppy. Wondering if the puppies for sale were just pictures of puppies from the Internet. No money or financial information was traded/given to them. The only thing they have would be my name, address, phone number, email address and cell phone numbers. They never attempted to call or send me a text message only email and never shared a phone number of theirs.
