The website offers a trial 14 day supply for $**** and states that at the end of 14 days they will put you on a monthly subscription until cancelled. It does not initially state that if you do not contact the company within 14 days, you will be charged $*****. When I called the number associated with the $***** charge to my bank account (888-582-3346) the agent explained that the charges were legitimate and could not be reversed. I offered to send back the unopened product and was told there are no refunds. I spoke to the supervisor (Desiree) who stated that this was the company policy. The supervisor told me that she was part of an organization which provided the customer service for Prime Energy and not directly connected to the vendor. Desiree did provide me with the address of the Prime Energy but did not provide me with a name or telephone number to contact the vendor directly.
