Rodney Moore Grant Scam/Facebook Review

I was DM by Rodney Moore giving information about a grant given out by Rod. J. Rosenstein. When I asked why he reached out to me and he blocked me. I did save the Facebook information that he sent for Rod. J. Rosenstein and according to Rodney it’s the same person that is up for assistant attorney general. Now "someone" is messaging me dang near harassing me to apply for this grant. Why in the world would someone that is about to be in his position be bothered with little old me? I don’t want anyone else to give out information expecting a grant only to get scammed.
