I bought an engine for a 2003 Ford Expedition and was told that the engine was good, that the engine only had 63,000 miles, and that it had a 90 day warranty. The engine took almost a month to arive, was horriedly spray painted, and was no good. I called RTS several times and emailed them on numerous occasions while the warranty was still on the engine.
They would always say that the owner was out but he would call back within an hour to take care of the refund. He never returned the call and I never received the refund! After reading some of the reviews, I noticed that this was not an uncommon practice for RTS. Almost five months have passed with no resolution, and no response from them.
