Scammer gives a brief description of past policies and changes related to Obamacare and new healthcare policies was given during the call multiple times. Scammer will ask for victim’s personal information as well student loan data files that must be accessed through the use of said personal information. There is an unstated charge for this program of $799.00, with the option to make proportionally larger payments over several months.
