Seinor Officer Review

This man named James Marisal told me the government is giving me $9,000 because I am a good citizen and debt free with no bankruptcy in less then 6 months. Then he gave me a code & phone number to call an agency. A woman named Victoria answered and said the same thing. She said I had to go to a near store which for me is Walmart, get a card, pay a $200 fee that would be refunded along with the $9,000.
