Was contacted in December 2015 that I needed additional virus protection. I paid $149 via credit card. Sometime late spring 2016 I was contacted by sequre pc that they would have to refund my money because they are going out of business. Unable to refund my money at that time because I didn’t have a PayPal account.Was finally contacted again August 12, 2016. As the "company" had control over my computer & was refunding my money (this time my bank account is fine) then the phone call went away, my computer shutdown. When I tried to restart my computer then it’s asking for a "restart password" which I don’t have. Since the phone call from the company showed "private caller" then I googled& found what I believe to be the correct company. When I spoke with someone then they informed me I’m no longer their customer since they have refunded my money. I however do not see my refund yet & I’m unable to successfully log onto my computer.
