The owner of this spa is saying whatever she can to not take responsibility for ensuring that all of her employees know that this Cell-U-Rid shouldn’t be taken by someone who is having issues with muscle cramps. Per two healthcare professionals (including my physician) diuretics are clearly the cause of this recent flare up/cramping.
And instead of apologizing, she’s insinuated that I wasn’t following the directions, that I chose this product myself without the recommendation of the practitioner and that I’m bullying the business for a refund (which is actually a common response from a business that offers a less than satisfactory service. Twas only a hint and not a demand). I would never jeopardize my own health, told her employee that I was already following this diet (no alcohol, caffeine, processed sugar, lots of water) and continued to follow this regimen to the T.
When I called this manipulation out in her responses to my review, she deleted it. So all of her antics actually make ME feel bullied for communicating very important information to future customers that your staff isn’t trained to communicate. Having to respond to her consistently defensive and blaming responses only add to the inconvenience I’ve received by visiting this establishment.
Beware, folks. Even if you don’t experience this same problem at Serenity, just imagine the treatment you’ll receive if you do have an issue. The sole motive of this review is to warn other customers. Period. You will find MUCH better throughout this health-conscious city.
I’m tired of updating. Sharon, write what you will. But this is my story and it is accurate.
