I ordered two pairs of sandals through their site on Facebook using my Paypal Account on March 7th. I received a confirmation number and a message that I would receive an email when my order shipped. On March 12th, I reached out to their customer service email. concerning my purchase. I was informed that a pair of the sandals was not in stock and to please be patient and that as soon as they were in stock they would be sent. As of this date, I have still not received the sandals. Today, I tried again to reach out to their customer service and the website was no longer viable. I immediately contacted Paypal and they are also trying to resolve the issue and will refund my money. I have tried contacting Facebook to discuss this matter also with them but have not been able to actually speak with someone. Thanks, **** *****
