Ordered a product them on Facebook and paid with credit card. Received an e-mail saying the product would ship in 3-5 business days and I would receive an e-mail with tracking number when the product ships. When I click on the link in the e-mail to track the order nothing happens. The website no longer exists, and I have sent countless e-mails with no response. I purchased this product on 12/07/2018 and it’s been well over a month with no feedback.
