Ordered product online & received delivery. After delivery, learned of need for additional purchases necessary to effectively use the product, as well as restrictions related to usage. Notified (via e-mail) seller of intent to return product. Returned product for full refund in accordance with seller’s return policy. After four months and many e-mails to support group including assurances that my refund was being processed by their finance team, still have not received refund. E-mails are only method of communication available – no physical address listed.
