Puppy Scam: Purchase a puppy off the Smith Bull Mastiffs site. Communicated back and forth with the seller on what to do about payment and shipping the puppy. Sent part of the money ($300) for the puppy. The owner of puppy, sent a certificate of ownership. Airline called asking for insurance money of $500 for the insurance of the puppy or the airline wouldn’t ship the puppy. Was told that you would get 95% of the money back once puppy arrives. Pickup day: waiting at Memphis Airport, no puppy arrived. Called seller to find out which flight it will be on. Received shipping papers but no flight number. Seller would have to go back to his place and get the information. So had to wait for 3 hours, never received this information on the flight and called back and no answer and he blocked my number. The money orders went to Tikum Festus from Dallas Texas.
