Purchased copy of Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate edition software for download online and received bad product key. Asked for a Certificate of Authencity which Microsoft issues with their valid software and was told only get a product key which they type into your email for your download order. Upon issuing a Paypal claim, ************ said they just "made a typo" in the key and if I spent all day typing product keys I would make errors too. Why are they typing in keys? All other legit software purchases have computer issued keys. Money for payment went directly to the Republic of Congo even thoug the company boldly displays a "Proudly American" symbol and shows their address as Washington state. I initiated a claim via PayPal which I now wisely see was a good thing. Paypal decided the case in my favor and got my money back. Then I stupidly followed a link on their website to a supposed ScamPulse.com site and filed a scam notice. It looks very close to this, but not exactly. Now they have all my direct information and I’m probably in big trouble. I have spam emails showing up and hangup phones calls from around the world showing up on my cell phone.
