I ordered hearing aids on-line from the company. I realize I should have checked before I ordered but I could not find any of the names listed on the website as researchers. Within a half hour of ordering I called the toll-free number and was on hold for 15 minutes with finally being asked to leave a message. I have yet to receive a call back. Within 10 minutes of my on-line chat I received the confirmation. I responded immediately and requested cancellation and refund. I later sent another message via e-mail requesting a confirmation of my initial e-mail and have yet to receive despite sending another e-mail this morning. This all started approximately 1:30 pm central standard time on 12/19/19 and it’s 12:30 12/20/19. I called the bank but they can’t do anything because the charge is currently pending. I’m afraid it’s going to go through and I won’t be able to do anything. I’m an idiot!!!!!
