sound like “UPS” which made no sense to me Review

My mother hung up on this caller several times over the past few days. Finally, I answered the call and strung him along to get the following information: Caller identified himself as William Carter (had a foreign accent). Said we had won 2.5 million and a black Mercedes. Wanted $300 to buy a certificate of receipt before the prize would be delivered. At this point I had proof that this was a scam (NEVER pay to receive something you "won"). He then started asking for personal information (he already had the address), and I hung up on him. When he called back I told him I was reporting him to the BBB. He never called back.
