Spark energy Review

Everyday I get a call saying that Spark Energy can reduce my ComEd utility bill by 20% and to please press "1" to speak to a rep. And everyday I ask for my number to be removed and placed on a "DO NOT CALL" list. The rep does not reply but hangs up on me. I am sick and tired of them breaking the law and calling me even when I asked to be removed. All the spam calls have an Illinois area codes (847, 815, 312, 773) and I had never received these types of calls until I filled at a form at the Illinois DMV for my 15 year old’s drivers permit. I regret that I put my cell phone number down, because now I get spam calls ALL THE TIME from car insurance telemarketers and utilities telemarketers. I suspect the state of Illinois sold my info to these telemarketers.
