A letter stating "Billing Statement Enclosed" on front and back of envelope. Both myself and my 78 year old mother-in-law received a Spectrum statement summary (identical to a typical bill) for billing for service 11/22/16-12/21/16. I don’t have Spectrum and it can be very misleading and confusing to the elderly. While it does state no payment due it comes with a perforated detachable segment for mailing. It may not be illegal but it sure sucks of a terrible advertising attempt.
