Tech Aid Review

Alex stated he was with Tech Aid and my computer was sending messages that I had downloaded dangerous files from the internet. He gave his phone number as 888-295-1115. I’ve told them multiple times to put our number on the do not call list and reported them. He stated they will not make changes to my computer, but will instruct me how to delete the file. I am constantly getting these calls. They give various company name such as Windows Technical Support, Microsoft support, Windows Technical Department etc. It is to the point of harassment.
